Offers, Quotations & Tenders
Any offer, quotation or tender by us will be open for acceptance for no more than 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified in writing by us, and is subject to our right to withdraw offers, quotations and tenders early notwithstanding that the offer; quotation or tender does not state this right elsewhere.
All prices contained in any offer, quotation or tender are subject to alteration by us without notice after their expiry date, unless otherwise specified in writing by us.

Advanced LED Solutions reserve the right not to sell goods to any person, agent, wholesaler, government or company. If a person, agent, wholesaler, government or company has purchased goods through our online store, we reserve the right to refuse to give the goods and in turn, will provide a full refund.
An agreement for the sale of goods between us and you shall not come into existence if an order placed by you for the goods is not accepted by us. Any order for any goods must be accompanied by sufficient contact and delivery information to enable us to proceed with the order.
We reserve the right to change or discontinue all or any good(s) at any time without prior notice for any reason whatsoever.
Goods will be delivered to you by a courier of Advanced LED Solutions ’s choosing, unless clearly stated otherwise by you, during the purchasing process (this may occur additional costs).
Good(s) are sent using Registered Post or a Courier service they will only be sent to addresses where the purchaser can sign for delivery. If you are not at home when the delivery representative calls, they will leave a card in your letterbox to advise you.
Advanced LED Solutions is not responsible for delivery times and we provide a tracking reference number so you can track your delivery. We want it to arrive as quickly as possible.
Out of Stock Goods / Availability of Goods
Advanced LED Solutions provides the opportunity for customers to purchase our goods. However, just because a product is available for purchase online, does not imply that the good is available for purchase/delivery immediately.
You acknowledge and agree that from time to time, some goods on the website may be out of stock or unavailable and we may not be able to fulfill all or part of your order(s).
If this occurs, Advanced LED Solutions will use reasonable endeavours to either source the good(s), or contact you within ten (10) Business Days to either arrange a full or partial refund, or change your order(s) to replace the good(s) with a comparable product in a similar price range (where available) as agreed with you, or come to an alternative arrangement.
Where a comparable product or alternative arrangement cannot be agreed upon, then we will refund you the price paid for the good(s). Where a good which is the subject of an Order has been withdrawn or suspended from sale and your payment for the good(s) has already been processed, we will use reasonable endeavours to refund any money paid to us in respect of that good within five (5) Business Days from the date that the refund has been agreed upon by us.
Where your Order is affected by an error on the website (for example, in relation to a description of goods, an image, price or otherwise), we will reject the part of the Order that is the subject of the error (at our discretion).
If applicable, Advanced LED Solutions will proceed to fulfill the remainder of your Order in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. If you are not satisfied with the partial fulfillment of your Order, you can return your Order to us in accordance with the Returns Policy.
Your receipt of your refund will depend on the period of time it takes your financial institution to finalise the refund. Advanced LED Solutions is not liable with respect to any loss you or any third party might suffer as a result of any delay in processing your refund.
We reserve the right to withdraw or suspend any good(s) displayed on the website from sale either temporarily or permanently at any time without notice to you. Advanced LED Solutions will not be liable to you for any loss you or any third party suffer as a result of a withdrawal or suspension of availability with respect to a particular good.

Colours
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on this website. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
Some goods will only show one colour even though on the website it has multiple colour options.
The colour of the goods displayed may not represent the actual colour of the goods. Please refer to the goods description as to the colour you will be purchasing.
Colours may also variety due to the brand of material and improvement updates.

Advanced LED Solutions does not require that you register in order to view its products.
Our system will hold details of your contact and sales transactions but no credit card details are kept by us. We process credit card transactions through Stripe, Square or PayPal.
Advanced LED Solutions and its associates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.
Pricing
All advertised prices on this website are for online orders only.
We will always ensure that the prices for all products shown on our website are including GST. Any change in the GST rate shall be automatically applied to the prices of the products.
These prices include shipping and handling costs to Australia, international shipping is available our international shipping is provided by Sadleirs Global Logistics, Fedex or DHL.
Additional Pricing / Costs
Shipping may occur additional charges if you want the goods delivered outside of business hours of one of our delivery partners.
All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars and include local taxes (GST) at the checkout unless stated otherwise.
International orders do NOT pay GST, freight is applicable to all international deliveries, we only charge you our freight cost price, or you can arrange your own pick up and shipping from our warehouse.
Payment
Payment maybe be made by credit card using the ordering facility on this website. We accept AMEX, Visa, MasterCard or Pay Pal.

All payments made for an order will receive a tax invoice.
Please be aware that you are responsible for correctly entering all bill and payment methods information requested when paying your bill. If the information is incorrect it may result in your bill remaining unpaid.
While payment services provide a payment reference number acknowledging your payment, your financial institution may subsequently decline the transaction. Therefore, the issue of a payment reference number does not deem payment of the bill to have been finalised.

Warranty, Services and Repairs
Advanced LED Solutions warrants all products supplied to be free from defect. Should this not be the case we will replace or repair the item (at our option). Product warranty information is supplied with each product, please retain this and your receipt so if a fault ever occurs you know how to contact us.

Advanced LED Solutions operates a complete service and preventative maintenance department.
We can provide this facility for goods purchased from us.
We can provide scheduled services.
Repairs
We carry a wide range of parts for the products we stock. We provide a rapid response service.
We can send replacement units for most products we supply within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We can supply via an express courier service. This cost is charged and is limited to destinations where normal freight services exist. Shipping will not happen on public holidays.
