MaXaem Batteries is an Australian technology company that makes water-activated batteries. Designed in Australia to replace traditional batteries. MaXaem batteries are supplied inert and hold 100% capacity until activated by water. They offer a non-toxic, leak-proof and long-shelf-life alternative to standard alkaline or lithium cells.

Our water activated batteries and torches provide reliable light. Once activated the MaXaem battery will supply light for 120 hours. For the first activation use the salt in the included bottle and add 60ml of water. the battery can be reactivated with just water.

Maxaem batteries do not contain any dangerous goods and are safe for air transport.

 Fast 4-step activation

1. Open the battery package.
2. Fill the included 60mL bottle with water.
3. Pour salty water inside the battery and shake; the water is absorbed by the battery.
4. Load into your torch.
